Like a perfect worn in favorite pair By Animal loving mountain girl from Encino, CA on 03/23/2009 Pros: Arch Support, Breathable, Comfortable/No Break-In, Dries Quickly, Durable, Great Traction, Shock-Absorbent, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: All Weather Conditions, At The Gym, Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain, Paved Trails, Rocky/Unstable Terrain Describe Yourself: Gym Rat, Recreational Walker/Hiker, Trail Jogger Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My favorite pair of trail runners are Montrails that have finally worn out after years of hard trail running and stair climbing. Yet nothing fits like them and I didn't want to part with them. I tried other Montrails, Keens etc., but never found another pair that felt as good as my trusty old ones did from the first moment I put them on. I was overjoyed when these came and felt as good as the old ones. I train hard, have no fear of falling while trail running and love stomping in the rain. I like to push my body to the limits and these are keeping up with me. They are a God Send!

A full size larger would probably have been better but decided to keep the shoes anyway because I really like the shoes and one size larger wasn't available.
