By curious Frank from Sheffield, VT on 10/03/2009 Pros: Low cost, Rugged, Will take picture Cons: Ineffective at night, Requires Computer SD slot Describe Yourself: Occasional Shooter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Only successful night photo was standing in front of camera! Will photograph whole area in daylight. Camera placement is therefore critical to successful use. Can not view picture unless you have a computer or Bushnell viewer!!!!
By DAH HUNTER from Ontario on 08/29/2009 Cons: Are black, Half of the pictures, No range for flash, Would not buy again Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Half of the pictures that are taken are nothing but a black screen. Night pictures are poor as the flash only shows animals that are within 10 feet of the camera. Have cheaper trail camera models that give way better pictures that are much smaller quality, 200 Kilo pixel vs 2.0 Mega Pixel
I would not buy this product again By bill blogs from Mullumbimby NSW, Australia on 06/19/2009 Cons: Doesnt work, No troubleshooting sec, Not insectant proof, Not weather proof, Poor manual Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Cameras have malfunctioned after only a couple of months use, i have replaced the data storage disc and reset them numerous times, the left hand light comes and it gets stuck there, wont switch off, have to take out batteries to reset, but then it does same thing again. the other camera gets stuck on 'image capture', the cameras do not seal up properly, ants get and build nests - not too good for the circuitry, this happened to one camera, I have taped the others up. The manual does not give enough information about operation and trouble-shooting, it should warn about small insects getting into the unit.
By Product Field Test from Cheyenne, Wy on 05/04/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Works Well Best Uses: Big Game Hunting Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: After receiving a poor review on this product, we elected to pull and place one of our inventory models in a small wooded area near our location here in Wyoming. You can see with the included photos, we were pleased with the results and feel the field testing efforts were well worth our time. Images shared by: Product Field Test
