Put it around your neck and evaporation cools you nicely. If you are brave, refrigerate the critter before wearing (after hydrating it, of course.) Be sure your shirt is dye-fast or you wind up with a tie-dye look.

Don't waste your time or your money on this. Cheaper ones can be found at retail discount stores and they don't split open and leave slimy gel beads all over. A total waste of money!!!

I thought this would be great for racing esp in humid weather. Tried them today after following instructions. They didn't stay cold for any length of time and the one scarf spilled its contents after tying it on. All that grainy stuff came out.
