By Cruisin Concours from Lincoln, NE on 03/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Non Slip Cons: Timely deflate rollup Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My main focus was comfort as the thermarest that I have is too narrow at 20". I kept sliding off the thing or if I'd roll over off I'd go. So 10" makes a big difference. I didn't necessarily need the added thickness but it is welcomed. The other features that drew me to this pad was 1) The 'no slip' dots and 2) The width and 3) as an added bonus the little extra thickness at the head for that 'almost home' comfort. Another added bonus over the thermarest is the brass valves, two at that. To me that equals durability and ease. I'm quite pleased with it. Be your own judge...... In fact I used it at my nephews for a nights stay on his floor... He bought one. Enough said.
Fabulous car camping sleeping pad By Sansu from Austin TX on 03/09/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Non Slip Cons: Bulky Roll Up, Difficult to deflate Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Pros - Wide and comfortable, has a built in pillow, I can sleep on my side without falling off the pad, pad doesn't slip, pad keeps me warm when the ground is cold
Cons - Design flaw is that the pad is difficult to deflate. Should have one valve for inflating, one for deflating. Is bulky when rolled up and is heavy, so is good for car camping only.

The land yacht of sleeping pads By Poser from Portland from Portland, OR on 12/17/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Inflate Cons: Bulky Roll Up, Heavy Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This pad is flat out huge and very comfortable - obviously only good for car camping. Suprisingly enough it actually self inflates with more air than I use to sleep on it. Supplied stuff sack is plenty big enough to contain pad.
By Jean from Massachusetts on 12/10/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Great for a family campin Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I would use it for recreational camping. It is to big and bulky for backpacking, however, it is more comfortable than the smaller pads.
By Andrew from Cincinnati, OH on 10/03/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Non Slip Best Uses: Car Camping, Extended Trips, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was very impressed with this pad. The 3in. thickness makes it very comfortable. And it's wider than most other pads which helps a lot if you often toss and turn while sleeping.
