Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: From reading the reviews about how the fit left so much to be desired, I almost didn't get these, but I loved the funky fabric and the great pockets. Hearing that the rise was low, and knowing I have a BUTT to go over, and hate that plumber look, I decided to go up a size, and I thought the fit was good enough that all I did was take in the waist with two little darts at the front belt loops, where you would hardly see it. They are great now! Such an easy thing to do - you could also do with a little elastic in the sides. Now there isn't a problem with the rise, and they are very cute - I couldn't find cute fabric like that anywhere if I wanted to, and all the pockets are roomy, wonderful and BUTTON DOWN!

The fabric is cute and soft and seems like it would wear well. Sadly though they are for someone with a very boyish figure--that is, no hips, no waist, no bottom. It's not just the fact that they fall way below the waist, it's that they have no stride whatsoever. If you don't mind exposing your front area (you know what I mean) and total backside then they'd be great. I returned these.

I thought they were cute with the exception of the rise issue

The fit is good, but the rise is very low, so if you don't want to chance any tummy showing, wear a long t-shirt.
