I am just starting to contact sierra to see how the customer service is with regards to exchanges. I purchased for my daughter and it is the middle of winter, so she can not go without a coat. Hopefully, this matter will be resolved to my satisfaction.

This is a perfect coat for my 3 year old daughter, it is really warm, soft and beautiful. It will keep us outdoors during the cold winter months
