The self-lined fabric is really good for keeping chilly breezes out. It is soft, looks very nice and being cotton is comfortable. It washes well and is easy to iron - you probably don't need to iron it if you're just using it as a casual shirt.

Has two colors, inside is solid color. Soft and warm for a cotton shirt. Has an athletic fit around the crest and waist but is not constricting. Go larger if you want a relaxed fit, but the sleeve will be longer.
