I'd been wanting a seersucker suit for a while and was drawn to this to avoid the traditional blue/white look. The striping is narrower than a trad seersucker and blends it a bit from far away, making it look a bit more like a very light beige than a "pure" seersucker. Also, it's not as puckery as you typically think of with seersucker. I think this will make a great summer suit. I don't buy a lot of pleated pants, but I find the pants to be pretty old-school in terms of having a slightly high rise and being very roomy. It's a good suit for the cost of purchase plus whatever alterations you might need to jacket plus hemming the pants.
