By lisamura from Costa Mesa, CA on 11/12/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is a casual ware, and wrinkle free
By Serenity from Western Pennsylvania on 11/07/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This skirt is attractive, fits well, and I'm glad I bought it. However, there are two drawbacks: It's unhemmed, and I had to hem it. Without a hem, it's a bit long. Also, you'll have to iron it. It's not a khaki that comes out of the dryer with few wrinkles. Other than that, it's a very nice skirt.
By Bernice from Seward, NE on 08/06/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, Wrinkle Resistant Best Uses: Casual Work Days Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I don't want to add anything else.
over-generous sizing and unfinished hem By disappointed customer from Buffalo, NY on 07/24/2008 Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Leisure Wear, To School Describe Yourself: Eclectic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Catalog criteria should have indicated that the skirt is generously sized (order at least 1 size down) and that the hem is unfinished.
UNhemmed is more like it! By Lori from NH on 07/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Casual Work Days, To School Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Don't let them kid you, this skirt is unwearable without giving it a proper hem. All other parts of this skirt are finished so leaving the hem this way look stupid. Also it runs very big and does NOT shrink so def do not buy larger than what you want. ALSO-the skirt is much more flared than the pix would have you believe-very little house on the prairie-ish.
I would not buy this product again. By The Dixie Lily from Jacksonville, Florida on 07/22/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, High Quality, Versatile, Wrinkle Resistant Cons: Color Not As Expected, No finished hem, Would prefer darker denim Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Comfort-Oriented, On The Weekend Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Overpriced to have no finished hem.
By Teacher from Clinton Twp. MI on 07/01/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Casual Work Days, On The Weekend Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The khaki skirt fits well but even line-hung to dry is too wrinkled for me. I dislike the semi-finished bottom edge, which was not clearly visible in the zoom close-up look. The descriptive term did not clue me in to the raw edge instead of a hem.
By kimber2086 from St. Albans, WV on 06/04/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Comfort-Oriented, On The Weekend, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The fabric is a nice density and doesn't scream "stretch" denim. Some have complained about the unfinished hem, but it is quite stylish. It is a long skirt. If your are short, check the length. Nice fit and flow. Will be great for work on Fridays and on weekends.
By PlayPal from Colorado on 06/03/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Comfort-Oriented, On a Date, On The Weekend, To School Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic, Eclectic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good fit and well made. Looks better if pressed. I did not like the unfinished hem, but the skirt is long enough to allow for hemming, which I did.
The lighter weight denim is good for "movability" and the stretch makes for a comfortable fit.
I wish it came in more than two colors By Dottie from MA on 05/26/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Comfort-Oriented, On The Weekend Describe Yourself: Classic, Eclectic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I said it felt long, however, truth to tell, I'm petite. I usually try to avoid buying things I have to hem, but this was the a classic, versatile piece I was looking for. Then I came back to buy another.
