But the built in bra isn't terribly supportive for high impact activities. It is fine for working out in the gym when I'm weight training, but I wouldn't recommend it for jogging unless you were going to wear another bra under it.

Wears well, washes well. My only complaint is that, because of the built-in shelf bra, it's hard to get on and off -- tends to bunch up when pulling it over your head.

I have both colors and get so many complements when I wear them. They look good, but most importantly, they keep certain parts from "bouncing", and I am a size D plus it is cool and feels good. I do high impact/high intensity Jazzercise 5-6 times/week. This is a great shimmel.

Don't recommend for cardio work outs as it is a little heavy.

I am a 32A and this fits perfect--in a size small. I imagine it will run small for others, however. Supportive shelf bra is nice, I wish the shelf bra "lining" extended to the bottom half of the tank ( I have the white/black one) because I can kind of see my skin through the fabric on the lower half of the tank. Nice length as well..and the armholes are perfect.
