I'm typically a 32 waist/32 length, and I bought the 33 waist based on the reviews here. They fit *perfectly*, minus the extended leg length (which is easily fixed). I would never call them tight. They are a little lower rise than some pants, but no lower than typical "fashion" jeans, nor any smaller in the waist or leg either.

There's no crotch, the legs are suck tight, and they are super low-rise. Totally unexpected, though the last reviewer said the same.
