By RC100 from Colorado on 04/22/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Daily Use, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I now have four...that's right...four. I figure that is a life time supply. When you find something you like, buy a life time supply because it will be discontinued before you can get a second one. Bought my first one from Orvis...then in months it was out of their catalog. Thanks to Sierra for getting these and having them at a way cheaper price!
Nice A-2, but it does not fit well By TP from WI on 03/06/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, waterpoof cotton Cons: blousy cut, Poor Fit Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is an interesting jacket but the cut is too blousy. Additionally, my jacket arrived with one cuff sewn on inside out so that both cuffs did not match. Overall, this product is not up to Orvis standards.
Too Bulky and Heavy for Sports Activity By Golfer from New York on 03/02/2008 Best Uses: Daily Use, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This could have been a great jacket for casual wear with a traditional baseball collar. As is the collar is overdone with a useless, heavy and cumbersome button-down design. At best it is a good sturdy jacket for cool days and evenings in spring and fall.
