Otherwise it just hangs there and is too long for any particular stylish look.

The fabric is thin and irridescent. I kept the grey and returned the purple. I like the useless rows of snaps down the sides. It is also pretty pricey, but i am going to take it to the dress-maker and see what she can do with it. This is more of a project than a piece of clothing.
