The embroidery pattern of a yoke gives it a cowboy look, but the thin fabric and cuffs definitely make it dressier (or at least not a working type shirt). Under a typical cardigan the embroidery disappears and it's a white blouse. The embroidery puckers when washed, must be ironed out flat again.

Fits baggy, thin fabric, disappointed. In the photo it looked like it would be tailored and flattering. It is baggy and not in proportion to its size. The fabric is thin and has a check-type weave that wasn't noticeable in the photo and detracts from the style.
