It says one size fits all, but it runs small. I took a tape measure and wrapped it around my forehead, trying to go over the biggest part of my head in the back, just above the bump where your spine connects and I measure 23 1/2" , just to try to give folks some idea. This beanie almost fit it wasn't too far off, but it felt about 1 size too small as one other person mentioned.
