By a-list from madison, wi on 01/12/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Does not smell, High Quality, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: i love ice breaker products, and though expensive, worth every penny. if you can grab one like this on sale, do it! i have both a medium and large in this t-shirt cut and love them both. i am usually a size 10 and often wear mediums. when i am unsure with icebreakers i usually buy one size up and since they are all wool you can throw it into a low heat dryer until it reaches the size you like. these t shirts make great base layers for traveling, backpacking, or just sitting around the house. they are comfortable and wont smell after several uses when a washing machine is not available!

Washes well and wears very well. Use it for skiing and riding as a first layer. Use it at work as a first layer if office gets too hot.
Not My Favorite Icebreaker By Mountain Wren from PDX, OREGON on 12/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I now own 4 icebreaker shirts of vaious styles which I LOVE but I'm going to send this one back. Other than the nice color and sweet drawing over the breast, this shirt is so plain and unflattering, fitting much like a Hanes Beefy-T.
By sam from PNW on 06/20/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, High Quality, Lightweight Cons: Accentuates truncal fat, size runs small, Sleeves Too Short, Torso length too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: An XL would be equivalent to a US women's Large, possibly even medium.
Despite not being labeled as such, it would be a clinging, snug fit unless you order larger than desired. Because the material is so clingy and fine, if you don't, EVERY ounce of body fat on your torso will be accentuated. Consider yourself educated. And warned.
Also, the length is shorter than normal, hitting barely at the belt line. The fitted shoulders also fit oddly...the seaming made my shoulders appear to be "squared" off. It was weird and hard to explain as I have never experienced this in a garment before.
Can't say the name but love the top! By ade from Denver CO on 04/21/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, High Quality, Lightweight Best Uses: Athletics, Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: pronounced poe-hoot-a-car-wa, I love this shirt! My husband is from NZ so if it weren't for him I couldn't say the name! Icebreaker is great and this shirt is no exception. The graphic is rather subtle but cute. I always buy a large in Icebreaker tops, same for this one (in other brands I am a medium). Washes and wears great. Good for casual wear, dog walking, errand running, pilates, and golf!
