I bought the size that the chart suggested and the bra offered absolutely no support at all. I suggest that you buy a smaller size than you think you need. I can't work out in this bra.

NOT for a large cup size.... Unfortunately, I had to send this one back because it just didn't give any support. Might be fine for yoga/pilates, but will NOT suffice for aerobics/running. I'm a 34D, and this bra did not keep the "girls" from bouncing around. Would not recommend this product for high impact activities if you are over a B cup. On the flip side, I did like the way it looked on...

It has two layers of material (out side dri fit and inside mesh material). I have worn it for a 5 mile run and working out in the yard.

It is not the most supportive on its own (I would rate it medium impact for B cup), but I use it under tops with a built in bras (which I also don't find very supportive), and the combination of the two is perfect. I plan to use this bra during an upcoming triathlon - I think it will work very well because it is so quick-drying.
It does run a little big for sugoi: I wear 38B bra, and normally wear a large in sugoi tops, however the medium firma mesh bra fits perfectly.

If you get the right size, i think that it will be fine.

The straps are made of thin mesh and really stretch with any movement. I am a small C and this bra is useless even for low impact activities.
