Push up the sleeves and the shoulders straighten out. While the fabric is gauze, it is also on the warm-side -- good for west coasters or a cool day on the eastern shore! Looks good with a tank top underneath. Only complaint is that the top is too long for my taste (falls below crotch on my avg. 5'8" frame). Otherwise, I like.

Wore it so much, when I got home I bought two more. Wish it came in more colors. I'm very petite, but big-busted and most things that fit me in the bust are big in the shoulders and arm length. This actually fit me just perfect as a full length sleeve (instead of the three quarter it advertises)
