By Garysgirl from Rochester NH on 03/14/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Beautiful colors, Comfortable, Soft, The price can't be beat Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is our second Johnstons throw purchase. We have enjoyed ours so much we decided to get one for my Mother-in-law who winters in Florida and summers in New Hampshire. It can still be somewhat cool up north when she arrives, so this was a perfect solution. The wool is soft and warm, not at all scratchy. The pretty plaid with blues and pinks will match her decor beautifully. I would recommend this as a beautiful gift for almost anyone.

By cal girl from San Jose, CA on 03/02/2009 Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought two of these to replace our fleece throws. These are warmer than the fleece, long enough to cover my 6 ft hubby and the wool is not scratchy, but soft. They're great for curling up on the couch in the evenings. Good thing we have two, or my hubby and I would be fighting over them.

By SUZ THE SHOPPER from HAMILTON MA on 02/24/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Soft, TRADITIONAL Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: THIS BLANKET WAS PRESENTED AS A THROW WHICH TO ME MEANT A LAP RUG, BUT IS MUCH LARGER THAN THAT AND CAN BE USED AS A THROW OVER A CHAIR, END OF THE BED, TAKE ON A PICNIC, BACKSEAT OF CAR, OR EXTRA WARMTH FOR A SINGLE BED. ONE IS SPOILED FOR COLOR CHOICES, I GOT THE BERRY/KIWI PLAID AND IT'S RICH AND SUBTLE. QUALITY IS LIKE MERINO WOOL MIXED WITH CASHMERE--A DEFINITE WINNER.
