By therese from denver, co on 09/28/2009 Cons: Poor Insulation, Uncomfortable Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was disappointed in this product and will be returning it. There was so little fill that you could not even tell it was a down comforter. The outer layer was not soft.
By Cozy in Alaska from Deering, AK on 09/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Excellent price, Extra warm, Soft Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: we live 30 miles south of the arctic circle. we needed a warm blanket for our bed. This one is great. It is so warm that we kick it off in the middle of night. It is fall here in August so things start cooling off.
I did decide to get a duvet cover for it because it is dry clean only. We are extremely isolated and lack that amenity in our native village of 150 people.
By Kate the mom of many from Northern, PA on 09/02/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Soft Best Uses: Spring/Fall, Winter Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this for my son, but I would like one also.

By shopping mama from Kannapolis on 08/18/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Soft Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love the feel, so soft and cozy. With a/c it will work all year. Only improvement would be a little more gracious with size. For my King, it barely reaches to each side.
Royal Velvet Reversible Down Comforter By helobuff from Boston, MA on 07/20/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Blue is navy, Comfortable, Great for summer, Red is not bright red, Soft Best Uses: Not winter, Spring/Fall, Summer Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this comforter. I was hoping to find one in a reversible dusty rose on one side and dusty blue on the other. But this went great in the spare bedroom. The red is not red red.. its more muted red.. it's lightweight and very soft and comfortable. Great for three seasons. I dont think this would be good enough for winter, unless your house is always hot and you normally use a light blanket. Excellent quality though.

Better than I thought, but small By Colette from Eminence, MO on 06/20/2009 Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We are enjoying our king sized comforter and shams--I've put them on our full-sized bed. It was too short, really from head to foot the normal way (I can't imagine it really working for a king-size). But since it's wide enough for a king I just switched it around and it's working just fine since I already have a skirt around the bed.
not giant but that's okay By wellie from montana on 05/23/2009 Best Uses: Spring/Fall, Summer Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Well I got this 'king size' comforter for our queen bed because when our labrador sleeps in the middle it has the effect to shorten the comforter on the sides...so, it is a fine size for us. I am not too worried about cleaning it...i'll probably get an on sale duvet soon
By Andrew the Electrical Hazard from Reno, Nv on 03/22/2009 Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This down comforter fits our king bed perfectly. It is stitched in sections so the down doesn't run to one spot and lump up. Keeps us very warm at night.
