Quality issues-elastic separated By Tish from Far West Texas on 12/17/2007 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Clean, Nice Thread Count, Soft Best Uses: Everyday Bedding Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These sheets had good quality fabric, but the first time we put the base sheet on, the elastic separated and so the sheet became like a flat sheet. Also, the elastic was not secured in the channel and this allowed the sheet to bunch at the edges and be harder to get evenly placed on the mattress before the elastic broke. I decided not to return it and to try to fix it. But, it seems like very sloppy construction.

Seams had threads protruding, hem at top is not smooth, some flecks of color in a sheet that was supposed to be "natural." Would have been happier if I had known what I was getting.

Goes perfect with a light down quilt.

Also there was a part of the hem on the top sheet that was loose.

They are extremely comfortable and all but eliminate the 'cold sheet' problem I had with last season's sheets. I'd recommend them as they wash well, too.
