I want my whole house filled with these fantastic pillows! They last for years (I've had the first one for 5 or more years) and when the coat gets sort of unfluffy, just brush them! Seriously! They fluff right back up. They are GREAT!!! Don't get sheep skin wet though b/c it smells until it dries.

I bought two for the style, but they are definitely comfortable. We are using them in the summer and they are not hot... which I worried about. They are a bit more yellow than the photo shows, but it is a natural color. Don't know if they will be hard to clean or not... have only had them a few weeks. I thought the stuffing was a bit harder than I'd like, but it turns out it isn't the stuffing--it is the thickness of the fur and the skin that I must be feeling.

Not sure how well they will clean up but I did find some great sheep skin cleaner from a New Zealand website.

Feels much better than synthetic. Features include a zippered cover for easy removal (challenging to find because fur is so thick but it's really there); I intend to replace the pillow insert because I want something with more give.
wool is great, pillow insert is stiff By ptw from chicago, IL on 03/09/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Fluffy Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: the wool is really long, fluffy, and pretty--it's nice to find a pillow with the wool on both sides. but the pillow insert is stiff and uncomfortable (feels like there is cardboard inside.) i was surprised that the wool isn't on it's original hide, but somehow affixed to polyester backing. still looks nice, though, and the price is great!
