Makes me unsure of how long the others will last. As I am using it as a basis for a Victorian style hat for a costume, it doesn't really matter (although I guess I will have to reglue the ones I want to keep on)

Usually straw hats have a bit of give in the crown area, but this one does not and I have thick hair so it is a bit more snug than I would like.
Also, the way the tag is placed in the hat and the ribbon is glued to the edge of the hat, the flowers are actually situated to the FRONT of the hat, not the back as I had thought. Though you could wear it backwards, though the ribbon is joined in the center of the brim then.
The main problem I have with the hat is that it was PACKAGED SO POORLY. they put it in a box that was not tall enough and then crushed the top of the hat to make it fit. While straw can spring back in place, some of the fibers were dented beyond repair.
The packaging is why I will not recommend this to a friend.
