And when I called the 1-800 # I was told "we are an outlet and some things are shipped without all the parts even though it is listed. If you are unhappy you are welcome to return it!"

Found it rides too high and irritates my neck while riding. Also, the x-strap design is confusing and they actually get in the way. I am returning this model for a different Go-Lite model.
