Icelandic is one of my favorites. I am amazed that it pills on the first use. The cuffs are going to take a little adjustment, as they are stretching.

I'm 5'9", bought the large, and don't feel like it's a cropped fit in the least. This is my second Icelandic Design sweater and probably not the last!

It is just a little baggy overall -I was expecting a more fitted cut. I really like the color and feel of the wool. I am hoping it cleans well.

However, the style is very blocky and in the large/xl the chest portion of the sweater is far too wide. Also, it's a pretty short length so if you're over 5'6", it looks cropped. Too bad because it's a great price, and a really attractive design and wool.

The lining is also very attractive. Even the zipper pull is substantial and attractive. It is definitely a relaxed fitting sweater, so I might think about ordering a size down if you like your clothes more fitted. I would prefer a little more length in the torso (I'm 5'10") but overall I really love it.

However it is comfortable since it is fully lined and the wool is not itchy at all. The orange striping gives it a color punch, keeps it from looking ordinary. I wear it for casual social outings because it's snappy and around the house too because it's soft. It's my new favorite sweater. I want to mention the zipper pull too, which is large and beautiful and helps make the sweater look special.
