Didn't care for the fabric By Casual in Chicago from Chicago, IL on 06/29/2009 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I typically wear a M & I ordered an XL - it fit, but was a little too short for my long torso. I also didn't care for the outer fabric or the general fit - felt a little stiff or something. I can't put my finger on it, but it just wasn't comfortable.
By sjo from Littleton, CO on 04/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is starting to pill a little, but I still think it is worth it and maybe after intial pill/shave, it will be better. It is soft, warm and versatile. I love the longer sleeves with the thumb hole, but if I don't feel like tucking my hands in, the sleeves are still comfortable.
By Snow Baby Wannabe from Haines, AK on 02/16/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight Best Uses: Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm not an experienced dresser - just beginning to get the layered thing figured out...this is good. I put it on and felt warm immediately. Went snowshoeing in it today and I have no complaints!
By SpecialK from Grand Rapids, MI on 01/28/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality Cons: Sleeves could be longer Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As soon as I tried this shirt on, I didn't want to take it off. I have long arms, and the sleeves are just about the right length (they would be perfect if they were an inch longer). An added bonus to the sleeves is the thumb hole at the ends of the arms. It is so warm, and a great base layer for my x-ski outings, or just to wear casually during the cold MI winters.
By ski lover from Western Upper Michigan on 01/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Sport Enthusiast Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice, comfortable and warm shirt. I use it over a light base layer for cross country and downhill skiing. I also walk a lot and it keeps me warm in temps around zero. It is well made but runs a little small. I usually wear a med but ordered a large since I wear it over a base layer and the arms are snug, not tight, but form fitting.
By Tia from Alaska on 08/06/2008 Cons: Cuffs very bulky, Sleeves Too Long Best Uses: Athletics, Skiing hiking Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Great color and fabric, but the sleeves were not acceptable, way too long and bulky
By D from Boulder, CO on 07/07/2008 Describe Yourself: Conservative Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I returned the product because it was too tight (even though I wear a small, I ordered a medium), and the sleeves were too long. It had an odd, additional length of "cuff" at the end of the sleeve. Though it seemed like nicely constructed outdoor clothing, this particular item seemed like it was on the final sale rack due to it's poor fit and design.
By Janni from Iowa City, IA on 04/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My partner had two shirts like this and I was glad to finally find my own rather than always steal his. It's incredibly warm and light. Plus, it repels dog hair.
