Comments:
I haven't had the chance to wear this jacket yet, but my initial impression is good. I like the supple texture of the fabric and the jacket seems to be a comfortable weight. I bought a large and it will be roomy enough to go over a light sweater in cool weather, I think. The color isn't what I would have chosen in an ideal world, but it's inoffensive and worth accepting at this price!

Hesitant about the color- don't be, it's soft. The feel of this jacket is nice. It's true Columbia- impressive and not JUST casual but with some style. DEFINITLEY great for the rain- been wearing it in days of Ohio spring rain now. A VERY nice buy!

the fabric is waterproof - not breathable but the functional venting is effective, so the jacket is very comfortable in all but the warmest weather. it's roomy enough for layers underneath, without looking bulky. the design is very flattering yet stands up to wind and heavy rain.

Comments:
Great for 60-70F range rainy weather. Took it on a wet trip to DC and did a lot of walking. Kept me dry when others were soggy! It got a little cool on a riverboat ride and while I stayed dry, I was quite chilly. Felt true to size through chest and body length. Sleeves were quite long but do have cuff snaps. Classy looking for a rain jacket and I would definitely buy it again!

Not bad, but elasticized sleeve cuffs would be great. Also would be nice to have a drawstring at the waist and an inside pocket.
