I love the fit, the comfort and the quality.
The only little problem is that the advertising always indicates that they are smaller than the size marked on the shoe. In my book it is not so.
My regular size is 38 and the Romika 38 fits me fine. If I would order by Sierra's indication I would order 39 to get a US 38 - and the shoes would be too large.
Some people have indicated that the straps are too tight in the front. They are a bit tight, but I used the sandals with nylon knee-highs and that took care of the problem.

They are dressy, casual and comfortable. I can't wait for summer to wear them! So my only caveat is that I don't have a full day of wear in them because the weather is too cold right now.

Sadly though, this shoe was really narrow and wasn't true to size. The construction of the shoe seemed a bit shady too - not a lot of support.
