Arch and heel support! Comfy! At first I could only get the strap to hook at the top of the velcro, but the leather is stretching a little. I added an arch support because my feet pronate (roll out). Then I took the support out and the shoes still control my pronation pretty darn well! I didn't expect that in a sandal. The leather at the arch chafes a little but so far hasn't caused a blister.

They look great on your feet. Texans wear sandals almost all year around so I need sandals that are sturdy, comfortable and can go most anywhere. These sandals meet that description.

They are perfect for that task. They hug your feet without constricting them; they also have enough air movement in and out to deter getting "sweaty feet".
The only not so great thing I would say about them is that they are not what you would choose if it's style you're looking for. I wear them mainly for comfort; I do wear them with long pants, skirts, and shorts, for their comfort staying power.
