They are really cute, but there's no way I could live with that. In fairness, I'm not a flip-flop person anyway, so maybe there are some people who wouldn't mind so much.
Also, for others who are used to the "aaah!" feeling of putting on Josef Seibels, it's just not there with these, regardless of if I could get over the toe thong (although the cuteness and quality might make up for that to an extent.)

I need more support as I'm often on my feet all day. If you're not, and like this style, go for it! It's very cute. My husband, who has great taste, was sad to see it go back.

They would be great for a party or barbeque or some place where you don't have to stand or do a lot of walking. The shoe does not provide that much support. BUT THEY LOOK GREAT!
