Comments: This was my first wetsuit, so I don't have anything to compare it to. However, I love it! It fits great (felt tight at first - be sure to pull it all the way up in the legs so the upper body won't be tight). I've swam in it a hand-full of times (including some competitions) and don't feel restricted at all. It allows full range of motion and is great for cold water! It is perfect for triathlons as its cool enough for standing around in the sun on the beach, but keeps you warm for the cold water swims. I highly recommend this wetsuit. The fit is perfect, not too tight anywhere. It takes some time to get used to putting it on and taking it off, but you can get it off quickly with some practice for those triathlon transitions.

Comments: I bought this wetsuit for swimming in the San Francisco Bay. I am a swimmer with broad shoulders for size and this fit great as long as I took the time to pull the suit all the way up my torso and put my arms all the way in. The wetsuit also adjusts to you the more you wear it. I have found it very comfortable and fast. I'm looking forward to more open water swimming.
Not for triathletes with broad shoulders

Comments: It is strange that this wetsuit is so tight in the shoulders, since it is supposedly made for triathletes. Unless your shoulders are smaller than your hips, this wetzoot is not for you; you will need full range of motion in your arms.

Comments: The Zoot Z1 wetsuit (I believe they call it the Synergy now) is the best wetsuit for triathlons you can buy from Zoot (STP in this case) before their top of the line wetsuits. I've demoed a few different wetsuits and this one fits me better than all the others. I just used it for the California Ford Ironman 70.3 and it worked out perfectly. Take some time to put this wetsuit on...when you receive it you'll probably say to yourself, this looks too small - when in fact, it's not. I'm surprised at this astonishingly good deal from STP - it's originally[$]!!
