By Suska from Nutley, NJ on 05/12/2008 Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are beautiful, soft, classy slippers/shoes. Perfect for wearing inside when you do not need a shoe and a slipper is just too casual. This is the answer. I got both colors. Usually a perfect 8 1/2, I followed the recommendation of sizing down to size 8 and that worked fine.
By 2shucazy from Los Angeles on 05/05/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Finally a slipper lined in breathable leather, lushly padded, with an arch support. Although the ballet slipper exterior is sweet and stylish, I wish I could separate this inner sole to put in all my shoes. I wear a 6.5 usually and 7 was too large, but the 6 is fine.
By Wendy from Waterford, Michigan on 04/20/2008 Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual, Stylish Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I needed comfortable shoes that are somewhat dressy and would accomodate orthotics. These are perfect! I normally wear a 10 1/2 Narrow and these were not too short in a 10 or too wide. They do not look like they will be the most durable outside, but I do not intend to wear them all the time.
By philliesnut from kansas on 04/17/2008 Sizing: Feels full size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes were cute and comfy but I ordered my normal size and they were too long so I sent them back. I chose not to order them in a smaller size.

These Acorn Ballerina Slippers are Great By Shoein from NJ on 04/11/2008 Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Conservative, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These ballerina slippers were purchased for use around the house, and they are perfect! The color is nice, not too flashy or cheap looking. The quality of Acorn is great, so these are well made. The sole is nice, no slippage. I'm happy with the purchse.
By Bonita from Bethlehem, Pa on 04/07/2008 Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Don't have time for a lot of clicking and choosing pre-determined categories - these fit well at a half-size smaller - BECAUSE the elastic at the back pushes the foot forward a tad - but this is lessened by a few wears with intentional shoving the foot back. It could tend to slip off the back, but the comfort of the super-cushy footbed makes up for that. I have neuroma and other foot problems - so the LEATHER sole is important - because I intend to DANCE in them! But they are cushy bedroom slippers too. Colors are nice as well - not garrish (sp?). They are great little thiings to pack in briefcase for late-nite office wear too!
