Ugg doesn't come close to the comfort you get with Acorn brand.
Last year I purchased the Acorn Oh Ewe in an XS (7.5 - 8.5 women's). I'm a perfect size 7.5 and the XS were a very sloppy fit for me. XS would be perfect for someone who wears a size 8 - 9 woman's.
The Sheep On I purchased the size XXS and they are a perfect fit for my 7.5 size foot. The XXS will fit women who wear a size 7 to 8. If you are smaller than a 7 they will most likely be too large for you.
I'm totally pleased with the Sheep On. They go on easily and stay on when I climb stairs. Wonderful warm, comfy, and well made! I also love the flexible soles (compared to the thick hard soles on Uggs). The memory foam soles are heavenly. Thank you Sierra Trading Post for offering such a bargain on these slipper!!
Very warm and very comfy! By Lady McBeck (with warm feet!) from West Glenville, New York on 10/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These slippers, though not the cutest, definitely keep your toes toasty! Our house is very old and drafty with plenty of spaces between the wood planks on the floor--aka--freezing feet in winter! So far this fall, these slippers have kept the chill away, and are even a bit too warm at times. I'm sure they will be just right once winter really gets ramped up. Very comfortable and soft. One wierd thing--they seem to twist your socks around on your foot--not sure if it's just me, or the slipper. . .but it happens with all my socks. Not a deal breaker though.
By Debbie from So. California on 10/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Cons: Little stiff at first Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I suffer with diabetic neuropathy and this slipper helps tremendously, keeping my feet warm and giving me the cushion I need. I live in them at home and great for running out to get the mail. I was drawn to this slipper for comfort but they also look great too! Slightly stiff at first but softened within a week.
By fisherman from Wilkeson,Wa on 10/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They(slippers)are a good fit and the exsposed heal allow for air flow which in turn allows for dry, comfortable feet. I've only had them for a couple of weeks so I can't tell if the lineing will pile up resulting in early retirement.
i never knew slippers could be so great By ozshopper from queensland, australia on 10/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these because i was shopping from Australia and had to make the postage worth while.
I had never really given much thought to slipper comfort. More as a way to keep my feel warm.
The first day i wore them. I thought they were ok, nothing special
the next day, once the sheepskin had flatten down, they were amazing. Like being molded to my skin. I will certainly be looking to buy them again.
bliss

By Lazy Lenny from Georgia on 09/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels full size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great little slip-on. Not ugly!
Only thing is- it does run small. I am normally a 7.5, and thanks to an earlier review, I ordered an XXS. After one-day wearing, they are a perfect fit!!
Warm and deep, just what I wanted By Bessie Lee from Olympia, WA on 09/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Cons: A little wide for my foot, Fall Off Easily Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Perhaps a bit better suited for men with the extra width and open back. No matter, this winter i'll be wearing them snugly and happily with extra socks. Great quality and an outstanding value at the price I paid.
By Sole so Soft from Baltimore, MD on 08/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Warm Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ave several pair. They are great in the house but you can also wear them outside because of the rubber sole.
By Dirt Farmer from santa fe, nm on 08/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are well made, sturdy slippers, but HUGE. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and had to exchange for the XXS. But happy with them now.
