I like the sole since in the middle of lounging I sometimes need to run out on the porch to bring in some more wood for the fire. No changing slippers for shoes with these babies!

I wear size 8 1/2 shoe and ordered size L in the camp moc. I would have kept them if they fit better but sadly had to return them. Would reccommend ordering a size larger and you will be happy.

These camp moccasins are snug enough that I really don't need the extra sox, but it would be nice if the tops on the camp mocs came up higher.

However, the moment I put them on, they became my go-to footwear in these chilly end-of-winter days. I have worn them around the house as intended, then out the front walk for the paper, then I forgot and wore them running errands. They blend as a street shoe under jeans and the comfort and warmth are a terrific alternative to my usual clogs. So far the rubber sole has stood up to the abuse and the insole is resilent and odor-free (I don't wear socks with them). I have a long, narrow foot and they hug just right although my right big toe would like a smudge more space. Excellent product.
