Hawksley & Wight Cuffed Gabardine Pant By mom from Los Alamos, NM on 10/20/2009 Cons: Heavy fabric, Low Quality Describe Yourself: Career, Casual, Classic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Not for me. Fabric was too heavy for wide pant leg and bottom cuff.
By Lynn from CT on 12/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Best Uses: Going Out, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Casual, Classic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice fabric, and plenty of it -- legs are flared indeed. Could be an inconvenience in the smaller sizes, where there might be more pants than person. Otherwise, the cut and drape of the fabric are good, as is expected from this manufacturer.
By daisy from cedar rapids, ia on 11/21/2008 Cons: Falls Too High Above The Waist, Not lined, Too tight in the seat Describe Yourself: Classic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: nicely made pants, liked the wide cuffed legs although they are probably a little too long for me and would need hemmed up. they are not lined and the fabric is kind of thin. in a light color could be a problem. they did not fit me right, too big in the waist and not enough room across the seat. had to send them back.
By Sparklepup from Jefferson Hills, PA on 11/14/2008 Best Uses: Going Out, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I usually wear 14 but need 16 if the waist is unforgiving. Based on other reviews, I ordered these in 18. Wonderful workmanship, but much too big in waist. I did not exchange because I did not care for the wide leg opening. STP says 20" (probably for size 10) which I still would not care for, but these 18s are 23.5". Since I have tape measure in hand, waist is 37". With the weight of the cuff, the wide opening swung back and forth when I walked. It's a matter of taste, and if these suit your taste, they are 4 stars or 5.
