I am using it in the pool for arthritis therapy. It doesn't do much to keep you warm in the water, but since my upper body is out of the water a lot, it does keep me warmer after it has gotten wet.[...] Like others have said, order one size up if you have the option.

That being said, the material and colors were lovely, it came off easily even though it was too tight, and i did hate to part with it!!

very small I got a M after reading other comments and it was still very tight. I am normally an xs or a size 0-2 I know it needs to be tight but this is too tight

I bought this one 2 sizes up and am happy with that as I like my long sleeve rashguard to have a little wiggle room. Very light weight and comfortable, but buy larger than you think you would. I am a small and I bought a large.
