Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a 3 yr old dog with a dark coat and weighs 80 lbs. The leash is great - especially for night walks but it is hard to grip with bare hands if she unexpectedly lunges for a squirrel. It kind of hurts my hands.
