By Bike Family from Navy family in Sicily, Italy on 03/31/2009 Pros: Good Value, Versatile Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a birthday gift for my daughter. She will love it to train her new puppy. We have not used it yet but I liked the other reviews and decided to try it. The product seems like it will work well. It's hard to shop because we are in Sicily and cannot compare goods. [...]Thanks!
By Jen the backpacker from NC on 03/24/2009 Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This pack was easy to start using and my dog didn't mind wearing it at all. Only draw back is I am still figuring out the exact best placement on my dog so that it doesn't slip off.
By Rptyd from Kentucky Hardwood on 02/09/2009 Pros: Day Pack, Fun, Good Value Best Uses: Day Pack, Smaller Pets, Travel Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I raise Queensland Heelers and they're a very intelligent, picky breed. Bleaus is almost 2 and had no experience w/ a pack of any sort. When I first put this small pack on her she was instantly comfortable with the fit and hang. It was easy to adjust and does not slip side to side like some of the ones you find on the market. On any pack, you want to even out the weight but as long as you get the right size on this product, it drapes well. Do not try to pick your animal up w/ the included handle, as this is only a convenience for picking up the pack by itself. The back pad is great for comfort and does not wear on the animal's shoulders. These are day packs only but well worth the price. Thanks!
By two pooches from Michigan on 12/18/2008 Describe Yourself: New Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We got two of these for our 40 lbs dogs. The packs fit well. I was concerned they may get lopsided, but so far they don't. My only complaint is that there is no padding between the pack and the dogs body. But our dogs did not seem irritated at all.
By Bon Bon from Arizona on 06/02/2008 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I put the pack on a medium border collie and it kept sliding lopsided, even though I tried to adjust the straps and equalize the weight. My dog did once get her paw caught in the strap that goes under the belly. Worked well on a larger golden retriever.
