Since I couldn't find an exact replacement I dedided to try this version from PolarTec. It came, it fit and I've been wearing it on cool days, along with a day that was almost constant rain in the Sierras. It performed really well and I plan on ordering another since it's superior to what I was expecting.

The only cons for me was the length being about 2 to 3 inches too much and the arm holes were boder line snug. I am a bit thicker than most though the shoulders and upper arms and the XL just barely fit comfortably. A large would most likely be the correct length, but would not fit at the openings. Just going to send it back.

The quality seems high and is well constructed. My only question is just how wind resistant it really is. It feels light & flexible. I know good wind resistance sometimes has a stiff inner lining which this does not have.
The sizing seems true.
