I will have to say that the sleeves on my jacket are way long. Like two inches long.
Fortunately, I like having longer sleeves so it's a plus for me. I got the 2XL jacket, the rest fits good but just a bit snug.
I like to walk the beach of Lake Ontario in the winter, I'm hoping this jacket will stand up to the wind.

I am very happy with the overall quality and craftsmanship. I am a trucker and this jacket meets my needs on the road perfectaly. Its warm, lightweight, water repelant and really cuts the wind. Great for replacing that heavy bulky jacket. Can't seem to find any problems.
By Banker Bry in WI from Milwaukee, WI on 11/13/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good fit for a taller person. I'm 6'3" and the sleeves are actually long enough, a nice surprise.
Blocks the wind pretty well. I would say that my Mountain Hardwear jacket is made with more substantial material. But, for the money this Black Diamond jacket is a good deal. Plus it's made in the USA!
By Hill Climber from Chicago on 11/12/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut, Lightweight Best Uses: Daily Use, Liner to shell Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very stylish athletic wear. Does repel water and wind nicely. Great for temps in 50s and work incredible as a liner to shell. Nice fit as there are waist drawstrings. I must agree with others who commented on the zippers--they are singles and flimsy. Price was great though
Stylish, lightweight and warm By Kevin from Forest Lake, MN on 11/12/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Bad Weather, Daily Use Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very comfortable, warm enough on it's own for freezing weather and works well when layered under a shell. Durability is still unknown. I would buy this jacket again.
