I was excited to get the necklace. I tried it on and the end of the necklace came apart. Now what do I do? Can't recommend it yet.

Very disappointed. The pendant is nothing at all that resembles "diamonds" or even CZ's. Pitch it and keep the necklace if it works for you. STP--not at all up to your standards. Change your verbage in describing this item.
