Sand doesn't stick. My size 7.5N foot fit nicely into the size 7. Moderate arch support. This is a much more comfortable thong than the Patagonia Freeflow.

This is the most comfortable thong sandal I have ever worn, right out of the box. Pillows in the soles are like clouds on your feet, good arch support and heel cup for balance, good gripping rubber sole on uneven deck or pavement. Also very cute with design on the sides of the sole. Slightly more dressed up than flip-flops. Sporty-looking and durable, but due to the suede especially light colors, not for beach/water/sports.

The natural, soft footbed was really what I was looking for, as I have psoriasis on my soles, and they get irritated by synthetic footbeds. These are comfortable, cute flippies. The only bad thing is, being a light color, they will get dirty very fast.
