I saw these and thought a clog with the backstrap would come in handy. They don't slide off while walking. They are pretty stiff, probably because they're new. Also they feel a bit too narrow, even though they are the same size & width as my other birks (38 N). I've got to wear them on the last hole on the strap. I might return them for a size 39, we'll see. I really like them though, and the blue is a darker navy blue. The color isn't too bright, and it goes great with jeans. Overall the shoe is very well-made. Would recommend.

I love adjustable Birk sandals, because I can make them fit, but the shoes usually feel too big. This was the right solution for me, and I'm glad to be back in Birkenstocks.

I can go 16 hours on my feet and my feet never get tired. My only upset with the shoes is I thought I was purchasing Black and not navy blue. But I really don't care the price is right for a budget savy mom.

I followed the suggestion on the website that they run big, and I ordered a narrow width...they fit perfectly! They are comfortable, and they work well with jeans for casual wear. They clean up easily...the leather wipes right off. Another durable pair of shoes that I love! Thanks so much! I could even wear these to work, since they meet our uniform code!

When one looks at the drawing on the box that identifies shoe width, this becomes obvious. Unfortunate for Sierra Trading Post and the customer.

i usually wear 7.5 US or 38 EUR, but after reading the reviews i ordered 37 narrow and they were perfect.
they are still a little stiff, i hope they will improve, since they made from real leather.
