They are very cute. I have thin ankles and had to add extra holes in the strap so that it fit more securely. But, once I did that they were fine and fit just as well as my orther Birkies.
These are one of my first pair of Birkenstocks. I have lower back pain and sore feet and Birkies were highly recommended. So, I purchased several from STP because the prices were so great. I am glad I did. They are all very comfortable and a joy to wear.

We wear the pink with everything in the summer though. The sandals are great for a sturdy, comfortable shoe to wear everywhere.

I think it's gonna be all right By on my feet alot from arecibo, puerto rico on 05/12/2008 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: If I remember correctly, Birkenstocks take awhile to mold to your feet..my right foot felt comfortable right away but a part of the strap rubbed...the left foot didn't fit as well on the toe moldings but the straps felt fine. As time goes on, I think they're going to be fine. I live in the tropics and they're very good for sweaty feet...plus they look much nicer than most Birkenstocks which may be comfortable but I find unattractive.

If you walk everywhere, especially on concrete streets, the cork footbed absorbs a lot of the impact on arthritic joints. Only wish it was economical & easier to replace the soles - replacement could cost as much as, if not more than the purchase price. Even so, wearing the same pair for most of the year can last me close to two years.
