My daughter wears a size 12 but some customer comments stated these shoes run a little small so I ordered the 13, they're a size too big! In my opinion these shoes run true to size. They didn't have a size 12 so we'll just wear thick socks, too cute not to keep.

They are a little hard for her to get on. The foot opening is not as big as it could be due to the fact that the decorative lacing is stationary except for the top strip. Once on they are comfortable and she loves them. Perhaps she'll get better at getting them on or they'll stretch a little making it easier.
