thank goodness it fits--small girls! By 3rd world adventure traveler from san diego, CA on 09/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: European-made cambio pants run smaller than American retail brands. These pants are true to cambio sizing. I am delighted to find a brand that is well made with quality fabric and workmanship--that fits!!!! For smaller sized women, most 'miss-sized' pants are too big and so I usually have to go to the junior section where clothes generally are not well made and are too trendy. Cambio pants in general, fit women who have a smaller waist compared to hip ratio. If you don't think the current 'low-rider' trend is for you and don't like showing skin in the back when you bend over, these pants are for you.
By Cella from Sarasota, FL on 05/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Quality Material Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The cut for curves is great. Follow the size up rule. I normally wear a 6 & ordered an 8. The length is classic European LONG - as a capri the Karen hits at the top of my ankle bone (think flood pants), I'm 5'3. The waist is right at my belly button which reminds me of the infamous "mom jean" cut. I also ordered another capri, not the Karen, in the lovely lavendar (called dove)shade - fit for length is more of a capri but again the super high waist. Both make my butt look great but the mom waist is a real negative - may not keep the capris because of the waist (and length in the Karen). I might recommend to taller friends w. warning about the mom waist cut.
By Becca from Marin County, CA on 04/05/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: There is room at the back of the waist, but I don't mind it. The fit overall is flattering, but the length is just a little off, so I think I'll have them hemmed an inch or so.
Great pants at a tight fit! By THE ARCHAEOLOGIST from ALBUQUERQUE, NM on 08/19/2008 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Office, Travel Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Casual, Classic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The pants were well made, but the fit was too tight. I am usually between a size 4 or 6. I probably need ed these in a size 8. Also, the style was not really me, a bit too high waisted.
By Cherie from Colorado on 06/26/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Quality Material, Wrinkle Resistant Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Classic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When I say "true to size" I mean "true to Cambio sizing", which is a size larger than I would wear otherwise. In Cambio's I take a size 6, but wear a size 4 or even sometimes a size 2 in other brands.
Before my recent Sierra Trading Post purchase I owned two pairs of Cambio trousers and I think they are great. The fabric quality can't be beat.
