The perfect cold weather day hike boots By Michelle from Seattle on 12/14/2007 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold day hikes in park, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very well made and comfortable light hiking or kicking around boots. The boots are well insulated for their size/weight. Thus heavy weight socks make for a tight fit. You may want to consider going a half size larger if you plan on wearing thick socks. More room can be made by removing the insulation insole. The side zipper makes for easy and quick on and off.
By Tango's Mom from UT on 12/14/2007 Best Uses: Again way too small coun Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear and guarenteed 8.5 W. I could not get my smaller foot in these listed at that size. No 9.5 W available, so I'll never know. They looed great.

goofy sizing---run really small! By newpianolady from pittsburgh, pa on 12/09/2007 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Not true to size Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear a size 7.5 wide. To be safe I ordered an 8 wide. I could barely get my foot into the boot with just a thin sock. Way too small. I'll have to send these back. I'm very disappointed.

By tb from Los Angeles, CA on 12/05/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Cut Small, Difficult Entry & Exit, Heavy Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are really nice boots, but they are cut small for the size. It might be the fleece lining that makes them feel tight, but I had to re-order in a larger size. Hopefully, they'll get here in time for my cold weather state visit!
