By Utah runner from Logan, UT on 03/06/2008 Pros: Arch support fantastic, Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole, Stable Best Uses: Running, Trail running Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these only to run (about 25 miles/week), and they fit me like other Salomon shoes I've used (half-size too big). I agree that the lacing system on their other shoes is better. These are great running shoes for a combo of trail and pavement - good arch support, cushioning, and stability.
By Alaska mom to two from Sitka, Alaska on 01/22/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I usually love Soloman shoes, so I was very suprised by how unatractive these are. They seem to run big and don't have the easy lace system that other Soloman's have.
