By Flash from USA on 10/07/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Stable Best Uses: Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good cushioning on the tongue very firm footbridge and heel counter, the upper is light and well ventilated. I favor New Balance and this is my first Etonic shoe but I like it. I've used them a couple of times (old shoes haven't expired) and you can feel the shoe rolling forward and propelling you into the stride. I run on trails and grass this shoe has a conservative tread meant for a smooth hard surface.

By Wendy With Tons of Uncomfortable Shoes from Washington, NH on 08/03/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: 5 months after complete achilles reconstruction, and then blood clots, I have been unable to find a shoe that was comfortable up until I bought these. They're the first pair I haven't had to cut a notch out of the back of, plus they help with my balance problems. I am a female with wide feet to begin with, and the additional swelling in my foot has made it difficult to find a comfortable shoe....these were wonderful, straight from the box. They also give me the added stability that I need...couldn't ask for more.

They are great for both long distance running and sprinting. They are very comfortable and on top of that, they breathe very well. The support system works really well, which for me causes less shin splints.
Etonic Minado beats Brooks Addiction By Sporto from Chicago, IL on 07/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great value Cons: Needs better styling Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used to wear Brooks Addiction for years until they increased prices every year. Etonic Minado is a fraction of the cost of the Addiction and a better value especially if experts recommend buying new shoes every 3-4 months.
By Multi-Sport Girl from Eugene, OR on 07/07/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Looks Great, Stable Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very cute water shoe. I wear them for cycling and casual wear as well. I would definitely recommend this shoe - it is a great value for the price.
By Multi-Sport Girl from Eugene, OR on 07/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I currently run approximately 20 miles a week and these shoes have worked well. I don't have any problems with sore or cramping calves or shin splints. They seem to keep me from over or under pronating very well. They are not as lightweight as some running shoes and my feet tend to be pretty hot in the summer months, but the support they give is worth it.
