Teva '06 Guide Sandals (for men) By Pete from Tucson, az on 10/16/2009 Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Daily use; VERY difficult to put on and even more of a hassle to get off
By Trout Bum from PA on 10/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My first time out, I discovered I couldn't get the strap to latch. I was ready to declare war on the Chinese when I realized it wasn't their fault - a tiny pebble found its way into the notch where the strap fits into. Still, it would be an improvement to put the notch part on the strap so it faces down. A fine product, nonetheless, and seems to be well made.
By Stan from NY on 08/31/2009 Cons: Can not even take it on, Strap Chafes, Uncomfortable Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

By Elliot the Lumberjack from Fairbanks, AK on 07/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Closure sucks, Strap Chafes, Too Stiff Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Alternative, Hard at work Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The new closure for the sandal makes it tough to get on and off- it doesn't really give you enough of the strap to work with, so it's a squeeze every time. No fun when you want to get the rocks out!
By sailor/kayaker from Cape Cod, MA on 07/13/2009 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Strap Chafes Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The heel strap seems designed to chafe. If you plan to use these near sand or dirt, don't expect the buckle to work- it jams as soon as anything gets into it. The adjuster corrodes if used in salt water.
great sandals, not so good for the beach By Slim from Chapel Hill, NC on 07/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stylish Cons: Strap can jam in sand Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are nice sandals for the price, very sturdy well-built, and comfortable. However, I did wear them to the beach and the strap that unbuckles and releases so you can slide your foot in is jammed now on both shoes (I assume from sand). It isn't really a problem, as I can still slide my foot in, but if my foot were too big, it would be problematic.
comfortable, but an odd fit By Greg from Alabamastan on 07/09/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It is comfortable, but the adjustable straps had to be let all the way out for it to be so. Otherwise, ti would have been too tight.
